Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
If no amicable solution can be reached, we will inform consumers in accordance with § 19 (3) AStG on a durable medium about the competent consumer arbitration body and indicate whether we are willing to participate in such proceedings.
